Fall Instructional program - Key Dates
Fields for Fall Program	First week of April letters sent to city.
Assemble Fall Teams	Second week of June, close registration & assemble teams.
Fall Teams & Coaches Set	First week of July, prepare coaches & parents handouts & develop schedules, get referees set.
Fall Program Meeting	First week of August (includes coaches & coordinators) general meeting to update everyone on the upcoming season and to make arrangements to distribute uniforms.
Fall Program	Begins the first Saturday after labor Day.
April BOD Mtg.	Discuss end of year party for FRYSA.
Fall Fundraiser	First Friday & Saturday after Columbus Day.
Fall Registration	Last three Saturdays of the Fall Season
Spring Competitive Program - Key Dates
Sign-ups for Spring Tryouts	Each Saturday during the month of September
Spring Coaches Assigned	Spring Coaches assigned and approved by the BOD at the September Board meeting.
Spring Tryouts	Any Saturday in September.
Spring Rosters Set	During the month of November.
Spring Registration	During the month of December.
Fields for Spring	First week of January letters sent to city.
Spring Coaches Meeting	During the month of February.
Other Association Events
Jordan Lopes Dinner	First Thursday in June.
Nominating Committee	Meeting during November to prepare slate for Annual Meeting.
Annual Meeting	Held first Sunday in December.
